Final Fantasy Advent Children on Blu-Ray

My husband got me Final Fantasy Advent Children on Blu-Ray. I already have it on DVD, but the Blu-Ray edition has 26 extra minutes of footage (plus a sneak peek at Final Fantasy 13!). At first I thought "wow. 26 minutes."

Wow, those extra 26 minutes gave the movie so much more, and it actually makes sense now! So if you were disappointed in Advent Children, I recommend watching the "extended" version. It gives more background about what is motivating characters, and some other little gems. :)

Origami Shuriken Earring from kankuropainter - Each earring is about 1.5" wide and is coated in a resin which makes them water resistant but not water proof. They should be taken off before taking a bath and/or shower, But should be ok if it rains depending on how hard the rain is. Each one is hand made and is made with washi paper, resin, and jewelry hardware. It is a fish hook earring. So no losing the backer. The washi paper I used has different designs and is mainly blue.

Puffy Star Earrings from 3dDoodles - capture the stars and wear them at your ears with this pair of puffy star charms dangling from silver-plated french hook findings.

Small Flower Hair Clip from PastryStitches - small five petal brocade fabric flower with alligator clip. Measures: 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 inches. Can be the clip in the picture or custom order.

Purple and White Flowers Braclet from TheBeadedHeart - This is for a lampwork beaded bracelet. I used beadalon beading wire with beautiful purple with white lampwork glass beads. Purple and white czech glass beads, silver plated spacer beads, and a toggle clasp. This measures 6 1/4" including the clasp.

There might be a sixth entry... trying to figure out who the sixth entry came from and picture.

My First Article and Giveaway

I feel so proud of myself today! I just got my first article up on HandmadeNews.org and I am getting a number of views today! My article is called Promoting Your Guilds and Teams, please go read it and vote, also a comment would be nice to ^__^.

There's other articles on the Guilds and Teams Department like: interviews, how to start a guild, choosing the perfect guild/team, and more. Have fun reading!

I just bought the entire series of Sailor Moon on DVD for $100. :D I think it's bootleg....but it was worth it. I want my daughters to see this show one day, you know, when I have daughters!

New to EGAT

Hello everyone!
I just joined EGAT. I'm not much of a gamer, but I'm a definite anime nerd. :) I missed the con last year, but I almost always attend OhayoCon. I love Paprika, Cat's Soup, that kind of weird make you think stuff.

On Etsy, I sell unique hand knitted items, not usually relating to anime but maybe this will inspire me.

I also have a love for Japanese culture, especially the food. I looove sushi. Oh, I guess one Japanese culture related thing is Noro yarn, which is made in Japan and really really pretty.

Hey all, My name is Amanda. I love all things Japanese. :) I went to Japan 5 years ago for 3 weeks, and it's one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I've been a video game addict since I was a kid, and I don't think it's something I'll ever completely grow out of. I enjoy Cosplay - I went as Sailor Moon last year to Acen, and if I can manage to get a costume together I'll do something again this year.

I sell buttons, magnets, mirrors and bottle openers in my shop on etsy. Some of them are made from mangas, and I have many more that I simply haven't listed. If there's a specific one that you're looking for just let me know.

This is EGAT, Etsy Gamers Anime Team! This team is for fans of games, anime, and the Japanese culture... you don't have to make things related to those to join, just have to love at least one of them. Also don't have to go to conventions... just a place for people that like these things.

More of a team to help each other to learn of new stuff in those three topics and give ideas to members that make things based off of those topics. To meet new friends that have the same interest... maybe even find items from other members that you want to buy.

This team is more for fun.

People can find local artists in the group to go to conventions together... maybe get artists tables to share and the like.

There is no fee to enter this team. If I get a lot of people that want to join this team... I will work on making a ning site or something for use to talk through.

Again to join... you just have to be an anime lover, gamer (doesn't have to be japanese games), and Japanese culture fan.
